We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the official Paul McCartney store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, mint condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
